Sabeel Clubs is a Calgary-based institution specialized in innovative youth work. As a leader in youth work, Sabeel Clubs engages and supports children and youth through cultivating and creating constructive and positive multi-activity environments where children and youth interact with and are inspired by the character of positive role models, to spark long-lasting influence and change. By engaging in various activities such as sports, camping, scout, technology, volunteering, and art projects, Sabeel Clubs continues to motivate and empower children and youth to find their path to optimize their energy, creativity, and positiveness to lead a healthy, peaceful, and productive lifestyle.

We strive to provide guidance through leadership, as well as scholarship and outreach initiatives to transform after-school activities in ways that maximize the favourable physical, psychological, and social effects of participation for children and youth.
Sabeel Clubs team work hard to enrich and delight the lives of our youth by providing wholesome and enjoyable environments that will allow children and youth to rediscover their potential while refining their character through a vast array of structured activities infused with tarbiyah, life skills, and leadership training.

- Create an active environment where children and youth grow stronger and healthier, in which they learn the importance of a balanced lifestyle.
- Provide a social environment that promotes friendly and meaningful relationships, prosocial friendships, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Provide a meaningful and inspirational space, where children and youth can develop their sense of self and are motivated to discover their potential.
- Establish an effective training program for mentors and staff that will increase their ability to be successful communicators and counsellors.
How Does Your Process Work?
- When a child or a youth initially join our club, he or she is assigned to their appropriate age group: 3-5, 6-7, 8-9, 10-11, 12-13, 14-15.
- The group is then assigned a counsellor/mentor who guides and accompanies the group during while they are in our facility and connect with them also after the activity is done with the permission of their parents or legal guardians.
- By the end of every activity, parents receive an email from Sabeel Clubs with a summary of the concepts covered during the session so parents can reinforce these concepts and value through their discussions with their children and youth.
- If talent is noticed or any unexpected occurrence or even a challenge takes place involving a participant, the counsellor will notify the head of the program who will promptly communicate with the parents and arrange for any actions if necessary.
- Throughout this unique and on-going friendly relationship with our team, we enable children and youth to have those positive role-models and successful members of their community as alternative avenues in their lives to freely speak up their mind and seek advice from trustworthy references, if necessary.
- The constant and instant clear communication with parents, Sabeel Clubs create a better opportunity for parents to be more positively involved in the successful development of their children and youth.
